SEA URCHIN BUN
The mysterious black bread of RISE’s sea urchin bun,
is blended with European imported squid ink which
creates its unforgettable unique color and taste.
We use a long fermentation style of baking, letting
the dough ferment for 24 hours. Our squid ink bun is
then joined by a light sea urchin whipped cream,
a large spoonful of fresh sea urchin, and topped with
salmon roe. It is a complete sea urchin feast that
would make a true ‘uni’ fan’s heart melt!
